On the flip side, a bit of miscommunication left us scratching our heads during check-in and avoiding the awkwardness of a dirty towel. Just a bit more love from the staff could shine things up!

There was a great selection of incredible meals. the location was perfect, conveniently situated near Main Street pubs, restaurants, bars, shops, public transport.

Everything was excellent, the parking was onsite, the room was well-appointed. The highlight was the outstanding food. All the staff were efficient, excellent. Location: the hotel was right by the Murray River and also the Pioneer Settlement.

This place is conveniently located right next to the shopping center and is set in a natural area.

The queen room was updated, featuring shower facilities, free toiletries, and bath sheets. the bathroom was tidy, and the beds were very clean. I absolutely didn't want to leave and would love to visit again.

The room we booked was spacious and nicely furnished, with a large bathroom; the location was convenient for dining out locally and exploring the main street and nearby gallery.

the room was clean and comfortable, with ample parking space for our car. It was easy to access local eateries through the back entrance of the hotel.

It was quite noisy due to the truck route nearby.

The hot water in the shower came on instantly, which was a pleasant surprise in the winter. The breakfast served was piping hot and delicious. But what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service I received. After I had checked out and was attending a function in town, I heard my name being mentioned by one of the committee members. They handed me my phone charger, which I had accidentally left in the room. The owner of the motel had personally brought it to me, going above and beyond. I was truly impressed by this level of service. I highly recommend Best Western Travellers Rest Motor Inn for its cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding customer service.
